Jackline Bosibori was appointed the acting Group Director, Shared Services, on July 13, 2023. Jackline is the Head of Business Process Re-engineering, Shared Services Division and has over 17 years work experience in the financial services sector, seven of which in Senior Leadership roles. She previously worked for Liberty Life Assurance Kenya, ICEA LION Group, KIM, African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Kenya Utalii College and UISU.
She holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Education (Mathematics & Economics) from the University of Nairobi). She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner and holds a Post graduate training in Research & Policy Analysis from the Kenya Institute of Public Policy Research & Analysis (KIPPRA). A certified Fellow of the Life Institute of Management, (FLMI), she has undertaken various leadership and management trainings and co-authored various papers published in international peer reviewed journals.Ag.
